Purchase Orders
We are trusted suppliers to both the public and private sectors where often orders are placed by purchase order on a 30 day credit account rather than credit or debit card payment.
To setup a 30 day credit account with us, please contact us and we will be happy to help. If you require terms of 60-90+ days then contact us as where possible we will be flexible and accomodating.
In order to setup your account and to satisfy our due dilligence we will need some information from you including delivery and invoicing address, company number, VAT number and contact details for orders and accounts. Initial credit limit is set at £250 unless otherwise agreed and you are welcome to discuss your requrements with us if you need a larger limit.
The order process:
You must email your purchase order details to us in order for us to verify and confirm the order. At checkout you can also enter your PO number in the notes section of the shopping basket (but we still require an emailed PO).
